博士論文のインターネット公表について / Digital archiving of doctoral theses/dissertations via Internet

（先端科学技術研究科の学生：2018年4月以降の入学者）

旧三研究科の学生（2017年10月以前の入学者）はこちら

2013年4月1日施行の「学位規則の一部を改正する省令（2013年文部科学省令第5号）」により、
博士論文全文は従来の印刷公表に代えて、インターネットの利用による公表とすることが義務づけられています。

各領域で定められた期日までに、「博士論文のインターネット公表（学術リポジトリ登録）確認書」を提出してください。

なお、博士論文全文を1年以内にインターネットの利用による公表ができない「やむを得ない事由」（*1）が
ある場合は、確認書の裏面に必要事項を記入し、「博士論文の内容を要約したもの」を提出する必要があります。


博士論文提出者【全員】
　「博士論文のインターネット公表（学術リポジトリ登録）確認書」：(PDF) (word)

博士論文全文を1年以内にインターネットの利用による公表ができない者【対象者のみ】
　「博士論文の内容を要約したもの」：(PDF) (word)

*1：やむを得ない事由：

  • インターネットの利用による公表ができない内容を含む場合
    •  ・立体形状による表現を含む
     ・著作権や個人情報に係る制約

  • 不利益が生じる場合
    •  ・出版刊行（予定）
     ・多重公表を禁止する学術ジャーナルへの掲載（予定）
     ・特許申請（予定）等

    To all doctoral students who entered from April 2018;

    To all doctoral students who entered by October 2017, click here

    According to partial revision of the Degree Regulations of Japan and NAIST, doctoral theses/dissertations are required to be made public via Internet, instead of presenting hardbound copies from April 2013.

    Be sure to submit "Digital archiving (Institutional repository registration) of Doctoral Thesis/Dissertation" by System for Electronic Education Record.

    If there are reasons for postponing open access for longer than one year after receiving your doctoral degree (See *1 below), you need to fill out the necessary information on the back of "Digital archiving (Institutional repository registration) of Doctoral Thesis/Dissertation" and submit "Form for digest of doctoral thesis/dissertation".

    *1: Acceptable reasons for postponing open access include:

  • theses/dissertations contain information preventing digital archiving via Internet
    •  ・Three-dimensional information expression
     ・Personal and/or copyrighted information, etc. protection

  • Author’s rights protection such as:
    •  ・(Scheduled) Publishing
     ・(Scheduled) Publishing in a journal that does not allow open access
     ・(Scheduled) Patent application
