|
Pricing and billing for resources are fundamental problems faced by cloud providers and users, respectively. In this talk, rather than using a game theoretic approach, we explore these two problems separately based on Lyapunov optimization technique. We show that both problems can be casted into the Lyapunov optimization framework. The solution and performance of the proposed approach are further discussed.
