年末・年始における附属図書館の閉館について

下記の期間、附属図書館は閉館します。(マルチメディア・ラウンジおよびシアター・ラウンジも含みます。)

令和7年12月26日(金) 17時～令和8年1月5日(月) 9時
[1階入口は12月26日(金)19時～翌年1月5日(月) 8時の間施錠されます]
閉館中の図書の返却については、図書館棟1階玄関に返却用ポストを設置しますのでご利用ください。
電子図書館システム(https://library.naist.jp/)のサービスはご利用いただけます。
閉館中も各種依頼は受付けますが、対応は後日になります。
また、12月中旬以降にお申込みされた学外への現物貸借や複写依頼は、相手館の都合により、年内にお手元に届かない場合もありますので、ご利用の方はお早めにお申し込み下さい。
奈良県立図書情報館から借用する図書は、12月25日(木)が年内最終到着日になります。
12月26日(金)までに受け取られない場合は、1月5日(月)9時以降のお渡しとなりますが、貸出期間の延長はできませんので、ご注意下さい。
なお、12月19日(金)は館内の清掃を行います。
ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
The Library (including Multimedia Lounge and Theater Lounge) will be closed from 5 pm on Friday, December 26th, 2025 to 9 am on Monday, January 5th, 2026.
(The ground entrance of the library building will be locked from 7 pm on December 26th, 2025 to 8 am on January 5th, 2026.)
To return books, please use the book-drop at the entrance of the library building.
Although all services of the Digital Library System (https://library.naist.jp/) will be available, responses to your requests by Library staff will be delayed during the closing period.
Please be aware that requests for loans or copies from other institutions submitted after mid-December may not reach you within the year, depending on the schedules of the supplying institutions, so if you need these services, please submit your request as early as possible.
Thursday, December 25th will be the last arrival day within the year for requested materials from Nara Prefectural Library and Information Center.
If you are not available to pick up the materials at the Service Desk by December 26th, the next possible time for pickup will be after 9:00am on Monday, January 5th, 2026 due to the New Year’s holiday.
Please notice that the loan period for the Nara Prefectural Library and Information Center cannot be extended.
Also, please note that we will clean the Library on December 19th, 2025.
