学術リポジトリ「naistar」の移行について / Migration of the NAIST Institutional Repository “naistar”

このたび、本学学術リポジトリ「naistar」は国立情報学研究所(NII)が運営するJAIRO Cloud (クラウド型の機関リポジトリ環境提供サービス）に移行しました。

■ 7-9月の移行について
現在のJAIRO CloudはJuNii2というメタデータフォーマットを使ったWEKO2というシステムを使っています。
このシステムは7月から9月にかけて、新しいメタデータ規格JPCOARスキーマに対応したWEKO3に移行します。
JPCOARスキーマではメタデータの国際的な相互運用性が向上します。また研究データのリポジトリ登録に対応したタグが増え、論文根拠となるデータの公開・研究データの活用をめざします。
この移行に伴い、再度システムが停止します。
度重なるシステム停止となり、皆様にはご迷惑をおかけしますが、なにとぞご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
移行スケジュールは以下の通りです。【7/14更新】スケジュールが一部変更になりました。

■ リンクについて
旧リポジトリに接続すると、新リポジトリのトップページにリダイレクトされます。各論文単位でのリダイレクトはできません。なにとぞご了承ください。
本学リポジトリnaistarでは、リンクの永続性を確保するため、handleシステムを導入しています。
また博士論文は JaLC DOI（Japan Linc Centerが発行するデジタルオブジェクト識別子）を登録しています。

上記の情報は、各論文の詳細情報を開くと、画面右上にpermalinkとして提示されています。
研究業績管理システムにはhandleを登録していますので、リンクは継続されます。
■ naistarへの新規登録について
5月より学位論文の登録を開始する予定です。当係の組織改定と7月からの再度の移行に備え、本格的な登録はWEKO3への移行が完了してから実施予定です。
学術論文登録のお申し込みは、研究業績管理システムから随時受け付けています。
また、将来的な研究データの登録に備え、naistarに登録した論文に係る研究データを募集しています。お預かりしたデータをもとに、今後の登録方法、必要な入力項目の検証を進めていきます。公開可能な研究データがありましたら、ぜひlib-is@ad.naist.jpまでお知らせください。

We are pleased to announce that our academic repository "naistar" has been moved to JAIRO Cloud (cloud-based institutional repository environment service) operated by National Institute of Informatics (NII).

About the second migration (Jul.-Sep.)
JAIRO Cloud currently uses WEKO2 system, which uses a metadata format JuNii2.
From Jul. to Sep., this system will be migrated to WEKO3, which supports the new metadata standard JPCOAR schema.
JPCOAR schema will improve international interoperability of metadata. In addition, more tags will be added to support the registration of research data in repositories, aiming at the publication of data that can be used as the basis for research papers and the utilization of research data.
The repository system will stop again for the second migration.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the repeated system outages, and we appreciate your cooperation.

About the link
When you connect to the old repository site, you will be redirected to the top page of the new site. Redirection is not available for each article.
To ensure the permanent links, naistar uses the handle system and the JaLC DOI for doctoral dissertations.

The articles in the Research Management System will registered by Handle, the link will be maintained.
Registration to naistar
Registration will take place after the migration to WEKO3 is complete for second transition starting in July. Except theses will be registered in May.
Applications for articles to be registered can be made at any time through the NAIST Research Achievements Management System.
In preparation for the registration of research data, we are also seeking research data, which articles are registered in the naistar. Based on the data we receive, we will proceed with the verification of future registration methods and necessary input items. Please let us know if you have any research data that can be made open access.
