学術リポジトリ「naistar」の移行について / Migration of the NAIST Institutional Repository “naistar”

平素から附属図書館の運営にご協力をいただきありがとうございます。
このたび、本学学術リポジトリ「naistar」は国立情報学研究所(NII)が運営するJAIRO Cloud (クラウド型の機関リポジトリ環境提供サービス）のシステムに移行します。
ついては、移行作業のため、下記の期間、新規登録等を停止いたしますので、ご承知おき願います。なお、既に「naistar」に登録されている論文は通常どおりアクセス可能です。
ご不便をおかけしますが、ご理解ご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

停止期間：令和5年2月3日（金）12時 ～ 4月上旬（作業の進捗状況により前後する場合もあります）
停止されるサービス：
・研究業績管理システムに登録した業績の登録
・修士論文・博士論文の新規登録
・登録済コンテンツの修正・削除 等
停止されるサービスにかかる登録・修正等の申請は停止期間中にも受け付けますが、naistarへの反映は 移行作業が完了次第、順次行います。
また、来年度JAIRO Cloud （WEKO2からWEKO3）のバージョンアップを予定していますので、
詳細が決まり次第、図書館ホームページ等でご案内いたします。

Migration of the NAIST Institutional Repository “naistar”
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation concerning the Digital Library’s operation.
The Institutional Repository "naistar" will be migrated to the JAIRO Cloud system operated by NII.
Please be advised that new registrations, etc. will be suspended during the following period due to transition work.
The Institutional Repository "naistar" is accessible as usual.
Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

suspension period：
From 12:00 pm on Friday, February 3rd 2023 to early April 2023
(The system may not be operated on time due to the progress)
Services to be suspended：
・Registration of achievements registered in the the Research Achievements Management System
・New registration for master's thesis and doctoral dissertation
・Correction and deletion of registered contents, etc.
Applications for registration, modification, etc. for the suspended services will be accepted during the suspension period,
but will be reflected on naistar as soon as the migration process is completed.
However, the changes will be reflected in naistar as soon as the migration process is completed.
JAIRO Cloud (WEKO2 to WEKO3) will be upgraded in the next fiscal year.
Details will be posted on the library website as soon as they are finalized.
