閉架書庫の図書の出納について / Retrieving materials from the stacks

利用者各位 / To library users

閉架書庫資料(冊子)の取出しをメールで受け付けます。
利用申込書を添付のうえ、必ず本学ドメインのメールを使って送信してください。
取り出した資料は予約ロッカーに入れます。保管期間は一週間です。
なお、雑誌は貸出しません。館内でご利用の上、返却台にご返却ください。
AV資料、マイクロ資料は平日9-12時、13-17時にカウンターでお申し込みください。

　NAIST library accepts requests to retrieve paper materials from the stacks via email.
Please attach the application form and send it via NAIST domain e-mail.
We pick up the materials and put them on the reservation locker. The storage period is 7days.
The journals cannot be borrowed. Please use in the library and return to the book cart.
To order AV materials or microforms, please ask the service desk. (Service hours: weekdays 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00)
