授業アーカイブ収録の注意点について / Information for the lecture archive

教職員各位

平素から授業等アーカイブ化について多大なるご支援、ご協力をいただき、心から御礼申し上げます。
春学期からの授業開始にあたり、以下授業アーカイブ収録の注意点について、お知らせいたします。

・音声収録のため、授業の際には必ずマイクをご使用ください。

・授業等は授業アーカイブシステムによって、1限から6限までの時間割に沿って自動収録、録画設定を
しておりますので、授業開始、終了は各時限の所定時間内でご講義いただくようにご留意願います。

・授業担当者は授業前に受講者に対して、授業が収録されていることを事前に周知ください。
映り込みがあった場合でも削除作業は行いません。
なお、学生等から申し出があった場合は、授業担当者から下記問い合わせ先まで連絡ください。

We would like to inform you the following points of the lecture archive for the spring semester:

-Please use a microphone to record and broadcast your voice During the lectures.

-Lectures are recorded automatically based on the regular class schedule.
Please cooperate to follow the starting/ending time on the schedule.

- Please announce to students in advance that the student appearance might be recorded during the class.
If students wish not to be viewed via NAIST Library Database, please inform us.
