　本学では、令和元年7月16日に「奈良先端科学技術大学院大学オープンアクセス方針」を策定しました。
　本方針は、本学の研究成果を学内外に無償で提供することにより、最先端の学術研究・教育の発展に資するとともに、社会に対する貢献を果たすことを目的とし、教員による自発的な研究成果発信を促すための大学組織としての意思表明です。
　本学におけるオープンアクセス化は、学術リポジトリnaistarに研究成果を登録するほか、著者が希望する場合は、共著者の所属する機関リポジトリでの公開や、オープンアクセス誌への投稿による公開も含め、学内外から自由な閲覧を保証するものです。
　これに伴い、今年度中に業績管理システムを改修し、機関リポジトリへの登録の可否を選択必須とする予定です。

　教職員の皆様には、本方針へのご理解ご協力のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

To all faculty, Reseachers, and Staff in NAIST

NAIST implements Open Access Policy.

On July 16 2019, NAIST established Open Access Policy (OA policy).
NAIST OA Policy provides our research outputs free of charge to contribute to the development of cutting edge research and education, and also to contribute to society.
The OA policy is a statement of intention by the entire institutional organization in order to promote the dispatch of the research outputs spontaneously by faculty.

Promoting Open Access, the OA policy suggests to register research outputs to "naistar", NAIST academic Repository.
In cases when the author wishes, selecting of open access to the institutional repository where a co-author belongs or to an OA journal may be chosen.

We will modify NAIST Research Achievements Management System, and will change the “register to naistar” section to required field till the end of this school year.

I sincerely ask for the understanding and cooperation for this OA policy.
