The NAIST Library was established to facilitate educational and research activities related to advanced science and technology (information, biological and materials sciences). The Library offers the Digital Library Service that instantly provides users with needed academic information by allowing around-the-clock access to digitized materials through the network, in addition to the ordinary library service of providing books, journals and other materials.
The Digital Library also offers audio, video and other multimedia information as well as texts stored in its database. NAIST faculty and students can use both digitized and non-digitized library materials any time. |
