附属図書館の臨時休館および図書館システムの停止について/ Temporary closing Library/stopping Library System Services

附属図書館利用者 各位 / To Library Users

電気設備定期点検に伴う停電のため、下記の期間附属図書館を臨時休館し、図書館システムを停止いたします。

図書館（閲覧室及びシアターラウンジ、マルチメディアラウンジ）休館

令和5年10月13日(金)17:00から16日(月)09:00まで

図書館システム停止

(作業の進捗状況により時間が前後する場合もあります)

期間中利用できなくなるサービス：

• 電子図書館(附属図書館)Webサイトの閲覧
• 本学電子化資料の閲覧
• 授業アーカイブの視聴
• OPAC(本学蔵書検索)
• 図書館ポータルからの各種サービス
• 自動貸出・返却装置による図書の返却

※期間中、資料の貸出は出来ません。9月30日から10月1日に貸出した資料の返却日は、10月16日になります。 返却する資料は図書館1階入口のポストに入れてください。
実際の返却手続きは10月16日午前9時以降になるため、行き違いで督促メールが届く場合があります。 予めご了承ください。

NAIST Library will be temporarily closed due to the electrical facility inspection as scheduled below:

-Closing library (Reading area, Theater Lounge, and Multimedia Lounge):
from 5:00pm on Friday, October 13 to 9:00am on Monday, October 16, 2023

-Stopping Library System Services:
from 5:00pm on Friday, October 13 to 10:00am on Monday, October 16, 2023
(The system may not be operated on time due to the progress)

Following services will not be available：

• NAIST Digital Library Website
• Digitized documents
• Lecture Archives
• OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog)
• Library portal services
• Returning and Checking out books by Automatic Book Circulation (ABC) Machine

*Any library materials will not be borrowed during that period. For the materials checked out on September 30th and October 1st, the returning due will be extended to October 16th.
Please return to the Book Drop at the entrance of the Library.
You may receive the reminder although you returned materials. In the case, please discard it as it is caused by the time gap of the system operation.
